Hi, I’m Allison!

I’m the constant furniture mover, designer and owner at stage it southern.

I have been moving decor and furniture since I was a kid. Eventually my mother would come home and say, "wow, I never know what it's going to look like here!" Aren't fresh designs great? Have you had a room or space that you could not get right? I understand. As I walk into a space I have always configured (or redesign I should say) the entire room in my mind. It's a blessing and a curse. #cluttermakesmenervous 

I come from a client and customer service industry. One of my favorite experiences was owning a clothing boutique in downtown Frisco, Texas. The building we purchased was a serious "fixer-upper" and was estimated to be have been built around 1913. We renovated it down to the studs. It was an amazing project. Throughout owning this clothing store, I learned my niche, design. I spent hours merchandising and rearranging displays weekly. Design is my therapy. #cannotstoprearranging

I have always been told, "you should do this!" So it's no surprise I would keep following the design path to Stage It Southern & ReDesign. #imdoingthis

I jumped in to learn more about design to add what God has gifted me with. I am an HSR Certified Professional in E-Design, home staging, interior redesign and organization.  I have completed the most comprehensive and intensive e-design, home staging and redesign certification courses in North America provided by the Home Staging Resource. 

I am very grateful to work on projects and help clients create a dream space that they can truly retreat to. I currently reside in Frisco with my husband, Paul and two youngest children. My oldest is a graduate of Colorado State University and working her dream job.
